Squash Australia wishes to announce that Rod Bannister has officially resigned from his role as the Operations Manager of the Australian National Squash Centre at Carrara on the Gold Coast.

Squash Australia wish to sincerely thank Rod for his outstanding contribution to Squash in Australia since joining the team in August, 2019.

Rod was a positive and proactive member of the team and was driven to see the success of the sport in the country beyond his role at Carrara with his dedicated work in growing and promoting Street Squash during the Covid-19 Pandemic and through Squash Oz TV.

Rod made the decision to step down due to family reasons and Squash Australia wish to thank Rod, Marama, Aria and Harper for crossing over from New Zealand and being such a big part of the Squash Australia family.

Squash Australia wish to confirm that it will advertise the role of Australian National Squash Centre Operations Manager in the near future and include further announcements of the re-opening of the Australian National Squash Centre on the Gold Coast.
