  • 28th Aug, 2024 - Richard Vaughan's dedication to advancing sports governance led to his active participation in the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) Global Education Conference in 2022. As an expert researcher in the field, he contributed valuable insights and perspectives on the importance of governance in combating doping in sports. His research and expertise helped shape discussions and strategies aimed at ensuring strong athletes voice in fairness, integrity, and transparency in the global fight against doping.

  • 28th Aug, 2024 - Richard made a key presentation at the 2023 Sport Management Australia and New Zealand Conference in Canberra. The presentation focused on the Athletes Voice in the world of Sport Integrity and its link to good governance. The presentation was alongside work by Dr Daniel Read from Loughborough University who was presenting his work regards the legitimacy of anti-doping policy implementation in regional anti-doping association.
